We start our new construction with demolition work near the “Hungarian sea” at Alsóörs.
The old building is demolished except the basement level, which will be preserved as the base for a new two storey house.
The new building will be about net 100 m² (with a 60 m² terrace as additional).
The roof structure will be aesthetically significant: the overhang part at the front (over the terrace) will represents the modern and the traditional at the seme time.
The external main walls will be made of IsoteQ PASSIVE, the inner walls from IsoteQ NORMAL systems with IsoteQ PROFESSIONAL ceiling and 3-layer thermal insulation glazed exterior doors and windows.
The roof will be hazelnut brown with 40° tilt.
