Dutch Ibiza

Our Dutch Partner started a new construction in a new residential area called Schapenatjesduin near the sea in Hague, from IsoteQ of course…

There are only a few building rules: private individuals can build their home or have it built on the plots. According to plans there will be 58 custom built residential buildings and 2 apartment houses (with 66 flats int the 2 together) on this beautiful land where the dunes and the forest meets, whith a lake in the center.
An important criterion for the buildings: ZERO ENERGY!

And now lets see the 230 m² IsoteQ house.
The house is characterized by 4 component, which are grouped around an atrium. All of them has a strong relationship with the outdoor space thanks to the large glass surfaces. The connection between the inside and outside spaces creats a unique spatial experience. The terraces are designed according to the position of the sun, so it provides a perfect place for relaxation at any time of the day. The client’s dream was a modern villa inspired by the architecture in Ibiza. The sturdy pergolas and the white stuccos are inspired by Ibizan architecture, which has been designed in a contemporary Dutch way.

Our Partner use IsoteQ PLUS, PASSIVE and PRAKTIK 50, 100 and 200 elements which arrived only 6 days ago, but groundfloor walls are already standing.
