We started the construction of a two storied 210 m² family house at the shore of Lake Velence.
The plinth was made from two rows of open-end block, the main walls were bult from IsoteQ EXTRA and the inner load bearing walls from IsoteQ NORMAL.
The intermediate ceiling is monolithic reinforced concrete while the second ceiling is a classic wooden ceiling. The roof has 20° tilt which gives a mediterranean look to the jerkinhead wooden roof stucture.
As the winter getting closer, the work sped up and we can show an advanced state of the construction. The stucture of the building is finished, now we work on the inner partition walls, the inner water insulation, the insulation of the roof, the engineering and we also started to place the windows and doors.
