IsoteQ PRACTIC Universal

There is a returning question among our Customers: what should be used and how should the non-IsoteQ building structurel parts be insulated. The solution should be an insulating panel that can be connected to te IsoteQ blocks.

There was an idea to use the already existing IsoteQ PRACTIC

panels for this purpos however, there was a problem. Plastic elements placed into the NEOPOR insulating panels during the manufacturing, which makes the cutting of the panels much harder.

That is why we created our new product family: the IsoteQ PRACTIC Universal.

Let’s see the differences between PRACTIC and PRACTIC Universal:

IsoteQ PRACTIC

IsoteQ PRACTIC Universal

IsoteQ PRACTIC with its unique, patented technical procedure helps us to transport the heat-insulating layers and the plastic connections separately onto location! It is easy to fit and the result is the same tried and tested IsoteQ wall form with extreme tensile strength. we could transport even 2,5 times more elements than before on the same volume, which lowers the transport charges. The thicness of the concrete core is variable (15 cm or 20 cm).

Our new products has a wide range of use: for example to insulate the foundation, the plinth or the inferior purlin while they can be connected to the IsoteQ blocks. The shape, the material (NEOPOR), the density (25 kg/m³) and the heat transmission coefficient (λ=0,029 W/mK) of these insulating panels are the same as at the IsoteQ PRACTIC elements. But these panels doesn’t contain plastic elements, which makes the cutting much easier.

Stay tuned for more information!
